2.2.4. The aim of the collection of the aforementioned data is to ensure ease of use of the website, and it is based on the legitimate interest of Ermatiko OÜ to use of public funds entrusted to it to maintain the website in such a way that the website fulfills its goals in the best possible way.

2.3.1Ermatiko OÜ’s homepage is hosted by a server that can store your inquiries (the web address you want to open, the browser and device you use, IP address, and access time). These data are used only for technical purposes – to ensure the proper functioning and security of the website and to investigate cases where there may be a security risk.
2.3.2. The aim of the collection of the aforementioned data is to ensure the technical accessibility and security of the website, and it is based on the legitimate interest of Ermatiko OÜ to informing the public about the services offered and of contact details.

Ermatiko OÜ is not engaged in direct marketing.

Ermatiko OÜ does not create individual profiles on ermatiko.ee visitors.

2.6.1. Only the staff of the Ermatiko OÜ have access to the statistical information of the visitors of the webpage as they are responsible for analyzing and updating the website’s data.
2.6.2. Ermatiko OÜ’s partners working on website development, administration or hosting may have access to technical log files.

2.7.1. We use the collected statistical data for analyzes for up to three years.
2.7.2. Cookies are temporary. They will either expire immediately upon closing the browser, or apply for a day, week, or month, in some cases they may last up to a year.

- request confirmation of processing of your personal data, access your personal data and receive information about them (purpose of the processing, processor(s), sources, etc.);
- ask for the correction, deletion or limitation of processing of your personal data or to object to such processing of personal data;
- withdraw your consent for the processing of personal data.

- Right to complain and notification of breach
3.1. If you believe that your privacy rights have been violated, you may file a complaint with the Data Protection Inspectorate or, if you are resident in another EU Member State, to the competent authority of the country concerned.
3.2. If a personal data breach is likely to constitute a serious threat to the rights and freedoms of natural persons, we will inform the data subject of the personal data breach without an unjustified delay
